Original artwork and other physical products will be carefully packaged to help protect them through transit. 

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched delivery times will depend on the destination and delivery service used.

Please ensure the delivery address provided when placing your order is correct.

If your order is damaged on arrival, please contact Delia's Art Room as soon as possible after delivery. Photographs of damaged item and its packaging may be requested so the problem can be investigated and resolved.

 

Original Artwork-Returns

I hope that you will be delighted with your original artwork.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify me that you wish to cancel and return within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned artwork should be securely packaged and returned in the condition which it was received. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Once the eligible returned item has been received , any refund due will be processed in accordance with your consumer rights.

Commissioned and Personalised Artwork

Commission portraits and other artwork created specifically for an individual customer are personalised, made -to -order products

These pieces are created specifically for you , Change of mind cancellation and return rights  do not apply once the commission falls within legal exemption for personalised or custom made goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the commission is damaged or not as described.

Digital tutorial's and downloads

​

Digital tutorials are supplied as downloadable products and are not physically shipped.

Where a tutorial is made available for immediate download, you will be asked to consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge your 14 day cancellation right will be lost once the download begins.

Damaged, Faulty or incorrect items

​

Please contact Delia's Art Room as soon as possible . Please include your order detailsand, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
